Tip Sheets on Health Disparities

The five tip sheets on health disparities were developed by the HOD Leadership Team with input from the Professional Issues Delegates of the House of Delegates. These tip sheets, titled "Taking Despair Out of Health Disparities", provide practitioners with ideas and suggestions for addressing health disparities within a specific area of practice in your local community.
