Energy Balance 4 Kids with Play (EB4K with Play) in California

The Energy Balance 4 Kids with Play (EB4K with Play) is a program developed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation and Playworks with funding support from the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation (HWCF). EB4K With Play is an evidenced-based program that promotes nutrition, physical activity, and energy balance knowledge and behavior changes in kids led by Registered Dietitian (RD) Nutrition Coaches and Recess Coaches. The EB4K with Play program is a modified version of EB4K, which has reached thousands of children in Kansas City and the greater Des Moines area.

Energy Balance 4 Kids (EB4K) in Kansas City and Iowa

The Energy Balance 4 Kids Programs (EB4K), formerly Healthy Schools Partnership, is a project developed through a partnership between the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation and the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation. The EB4K is a pilot program that is helping to promote nutrition education in schools by creating opportunities for RD-Nutrition Coaches to work with kids.
