I believe when dealing with childhood obesity, prevention is the key. I am glad to be part of EB4K with Play project because this project focuses on preventing childhood obesity. The EB4K project is unique because it promotes both healthy eating and physical activities. It is rewarding to watch kids making positive behavioral changes from what they learn from the program. I appreciate this opportunity that allows me to make an impact in kids' lives.
