I grew up in Columbia, Missouri and went to MU for my undergraduate degree in the coordinated program of dietetics. Currently, I am getting my masters in Dietetics from KU and will graduate in May 2011. This is my second year as an RD coach and I have loved working in the schools with the children to improve their nutrition knowledge and behaviors. My passion is all things nutrition and I love working with students to promote and create a healthy nutrition environment in schools. The best part of the program is seeing the moment on the child's face when they get a new concept or are motivated to change an eating behavior in their personal life!
