I am a new Nutrition Assistant Coach for the 2010-2011 school year. I can’t wait to get in the schools and get more involved! One of my passions is childhood nutrition. I firmly believe good nutrition initiated early on in life helps achieve and maintain the greatest lifelong health outcomes. Currently I am helping to test our new 3^rd grade curriculum that we are adding to our program this year. I love being a Nutrition Assistant Coach! It is so rewarding to witness firsthand how much the kids are learning. However, the best part is to see not only are the kids learning nutrition concepts, but they are also learning to enjoy healthy lifestyles!
