I feel very fortunate to be a nutrition professional working with the Healthy Schools Partnership. I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 8 years and have worked in the clinical and community arena; currently I am an in-store dietitian with Hy-Vee. Working with the community is a large part of my practice and this partnership has given me the opportunity to reach out to children in a positive way. Providing nutrition education in a fun and rewarding way will encourage healthy kids that grow up and live as healthy adults.
