This is a reminder that if you plan to ship to the Warehouse, your shipments should arrive by September 27, 2012. Shipments arriving after September 27, 2012, will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee. You may also ship directly to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. However, if you choose this option, shipments should arrive on:
- October 4, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- October 5, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- October 6, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What Comes With My Booth?
Many of you have asked, "What comes with my booth?" As you prepare for the upcoming show, it is important to be aware of what you are receiving with your booth purchase and determine if you need to order anything else before the conference.
When you purchase an exhibit booth, you receive the following:
- Prime location in the Expo Hall
- 8’ high drape
- 3’ high side rail drape
- 7 x 44” identification sign
- 24-hour perimeter security
- Access to purchase a list of conference attendees
- Description of your products and services in our conference Program Book that is distributed to all conference attendees on-site (*Based on meeting deadline requirements)
- Online floor plan listing on the FNCE Interactive floor plan (*Based on meeting deadline requirements)
The booth does not come with any furnishings, carpeting, electricity or Internet. These must be ordered in addition to the booth. The Academy requires that all exhibitors do have carpeting or flooring of some sort. Thursday, October 4 – 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday, October 5 – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 6 – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, October 9 – 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, October 10 – 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (*All exhibitor materials must be removed by 12 pm)
Kids Eat Right Gala
The Foundation will host a legendary evening of gourmet food, spectacular entertainment and dancing. The Gala is the social event of the conference. During the evening, you can mingle with industry professionals, Academy leaders and peer industry leaders. Semi-formal attire is acceptable. Tables and tickets are available to purchase for the Academy Foundation’s Kids Eat Right Gala. Sponsored by ConAgra Foods.
The Kids Eat Right Gala will be Monday, October 8, 2012, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown with a reception from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. and a dinner from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.
