As a FNCE® Speaker, it is imperative to review and adhere to all critical dates as outlined in your speaker agreement. In order to best assist with this process, please utilize the checklist below and mark these dates in your calendar to ensure preparedness for your session presentation.
||Online Speaker Form must be completed and submitted. Please refer to your Speaker Agreement email to access the link for this form.
||VIP Housing Opens Fills up fast! Please personally book housing within two weeks of this date.
||Online Moderator Form must be completed. Please refer to your Moderator Agreement email to access the link for this form.
||FNCE Registration Opens. Please refer to the second page of your Speaker Agreement for password instructions. Register Here.
||Personally complete booking for FNCE Housing and Travel benefits. To review your benefits please refer to the second page of your Speaker Agreement. Failure to book by this date may result in a loss of benefits.
||Submit session handout. Please refer to the Handout Submission page for full handout instructions.
||Upload final Speaker presentation. You will be receiving an email with full instructions from our AV vendor (Freeman/AVMG) in early August. Until then, you can find out more by visiting the Speaker Help Site.
||Attend FNCE. Have a successful session!
||Expense form returned to the Academy per instructions. Post-FNCE you will be emailed an Expense Report for your eligible expenses.
